Distribution: Occurring east of the Cascades crest in Washington; south-central British Columbia to Nevada, east to Idaho and northwestern Utah.

Habitat: Sagebrush flats, grasslands, open ponderosa pine woodlands, where moist in early spring.

Flowers: January-June

Origin: Native

Growth Duration: Perennial

Conservation Status: Not of concern

Description:
Identification Notes:

Occurs east of the Cascades in Washington. Filament tube is more strongly inflated at base and tepals are lighter pinkish-purple in color. Commonly has 2-3 flowers per stem.
